You are welcome to bring family or friends along to your shoot. If you have a large group, please let me know ahead of time so I can ensure the location and session setup will accommodate everyone comfortably.

You will receive your edited photos within 2 weeks after your shoot. If you need them sooner, I offer a rush delivery option. Please mention this when booking, and I’ll do my best to expedite the process to meet your deadline.

RAW files are large, unprocessed data straight from the camera, requiring professional photo editing software to be viewable as images. Since these files typically don’t represent the final quality of my work and aren’t immediately usable, I usually do not share them. Instead, I process these RAW files to transform them into polished, true-to-life JPEG images. During this process, I carefully remove any suboptimal photos—like those that are blurry, duplicates, or feature blinking—ensuring only the best images make it to your selection album.

However, if you are specifically interested in obtaining RAW files, I can provide them for an additional fee. Just let me know your requirements when you book your session!

Seattle weather can be unpredictable, but don’t worry! If bad weather threatens to disrupt our outdoor shoot, we'll reschedule at no additional cost to you, or select an alternative indoor location if that suits your schedule.

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable, but I'm more than happy to reschedule your session for a future date.

Due to the custom nature of photography services and products, all sales are final once completed. This policy applies to the non-refundable deposit, digital and print formats for several reasons:

I invest significant effort into planning your session, including consultation, location scouting, concept development, preparing equipment, props, and any special requests you may have.

Digital Images: Once delivered, digital images cannot be returned because they are instantly downloadable and usable. This makes it impossible to ensure the images are not used or copied after delivery, thereby constituting a final sale.

Print Products: Each print is uniquely tailored to your specifications, including size, frame, and finish. As these items are custom made to order, they cannot be restocked or resold, which necessitates a no-refund policy.
